All hail French mapmaker Florent Morellet for establishing a civilized, round-the-clock diner in the heart of the Meatpacking District. The menu is fab, the service is top-notch and the brunch (I’ve had it on two occasions in the hazy morning time between 4 and 10 am) is delicious. The menus are nifty, too.
